After earning a degree in political science from the University of Texas, Joe Grubiak developed a passion for the Idaho lifestyle as a fly-fishing guide on the Teton & Yellowstone Park fisheries. Just like in the John Denver song, Joe “was born in the summer of his 27th year” when he moved to Idaho full-time and found it transformational that people were more interested in who he was than what he did. A lifelong steward of nature with a taste for adventure, Joe is a commercially rated mountain and sea plane pilot and he and his wife Holly enjoy traveling the world hunting big fish and flying the Pacific Northwest. Since 1999 Joe has successfully nourished relationships with developers, builders, re-sale and buyer clients and consistently earns recognition as one of the Treasure Valley's top producing agents. Of his vast experience, Joe is most proud of his long-term professional relationships and a loyal clientele born from a history of integrity, high performance, and strong work ethic. Joe is a straightforward, kind and skillful problem solver who truly cares about getting to know his clients.

I am so excited to be part of an awesome group of Real Estate professionals and experts in New Home Construction! After knowing many of the 43° North family for years, and now spending each day with this fun group, it has only increased my respect for the BHGRE 43° North organization. My goal is to contribute to their success by supporting these awesome guys as well as assisting buyers, sellers, and house huggers obtain their real estate needs with accurate information in a timely manner.

I come to the Real Estate Industry with a background in Operations Management and Executive Administration, even though I have always had an interest in the Real Estate Industry. My first 20+ working years I enjoyed Retail Management and traveled to many locations specializing in new store set ups and training, working with several high volume/ fast paced organizations such as Levi’s Outlets, Staples and as Operations Manager for Dillard’s in Boise. Then wanting a new adventure, I really changed it up working the next 15+ with Bayer Crop Science and the Vegetable Seed industry. Working for an international company allowed me to travel extensively, not only learning about agriculture but also gaining knowledge of different countries, their cultures and I enjoyed making friends all over the world.

I have lived in many States in the Midwest, East & West Coasts, as well as The Netherland, but I have been fortunate to call the Treasure Valley home for the last 20+ years. Married over 36 years with 2 grown kids in Boise that I am very proud of, Keyara Wade and Kyle Brookman.
