After earning a degree in political science from the University of Texas, Joe Grubiak developed a passion for the Idaho lifestyle as a fly-fishing guide on the Teton & Yellowstone Park fisheries. Just like in the John Denver song, Joe “was born in the summer of his 27th year” when he moved to Idaho full-time and found it transformational that people were more interested in who he was than what he did. A lifelong steward of nature with a taste for adventure, Joe is a commercially rated mountain and sea plane pilot and he and his wife Holly enjoy traveling the world hunting big fish and flying the Pacific Northwest. Since 1999 Joe has successfully nourished relationships with developers, builders, re-sale and buyer clients and consistently earns recognition as one of the Treasure Valley's top producing agents. Of his vast experience, Joe is most proud of his long-term professional relationships and a loyal clientele born from a history of integrity, high performance, and strong work ethic. Boise is Daniel Doherty’s home base after spending early years in Louisiana and Missouri and later living in Hawaii, Montreal, and eventually Salt Lake City, where he obtained a degree in Anthropology from The University of Utah. His adventures as a fly-fishing guide in Utah established a strong affinity for the guide/client relationship and served as the foundation for his business philosophy -- it’s all about authentic connection and earning trust -- which has been the bedrock of his career in real estate since 2003. Daniel is well known for his high-energy, fun-loving nature and creating sincere, lasting friendships with clients who speak of his honesty, communication skills, and deeply caring nature. As a fifth-generation Idahoan, Chris Majors knows a thing or two about this place. A native of Boise, Mike Germain is passionate about cultivating relationships with his clients. His understanding of human relations was nourished early in his professional career in the complimentary roles of educator and coach at Le Bois Junior High School in Boise. As a well-loved teacher in the special education program and as the basketball and golf coach, Mike’s magnetic personality and authentic character brought true connection to every interaction. His career in education imprinted him for life – he’ll always be a student and a teacher -- and in 2011 he decided to join his best friends in work as well as play, switching to a profession in real estate. Mike always places the needs of the clients first, and his many years of experience in the business translate into relationships and deals based on honesty, sincerity, and a lot of heart.
Mike loves to camp, fish, hike, run and ski. He’s a competitor to the bone and is always pulling for the underdog to come back for the win, even when it’s his son shooting hoops with him in the driveway. He and his wife Katie thrive in the beautiful Boise lifestyle with their two sons and daughter. Mike holds a BA in K-12 Physical Education from Boise State University.

Born and raised in the Treasure Valley, Josh Wieting has many local experiences to share and knows what makes Idaho such a great place to live. After graduating from Boise State University with a degree in Marketing in 2010, he left home and started his career in Marketing & Sales in San Diego. Josh developed a passion for connecting with people in order to build relationships to achieve a common goal. In 2014, this passion led him to discover the commercial real estate profession where he specialized in retail leasing, managing various shopping centers throughout the Los Angeles metro area. In 2020, Josh decided to return home to Boise and make the switch to residential real estate where his positive outlook, friendly demeanor, and love for people helped make the transition seamless.

Adrienne was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA. After a successful Law Enforcement career, Adrienne retired in 2017. She and her family relocated to East Tennessee, a short 8 months later, they moved to Idaho.
Adrienne wanted to start a new career, where she could still help people and serve the community where she lives, Real Estate was a natural choice. Adrienne brings her ability to multi-task, attention to detail and communication skills to every transaction. Adrienne met her husband Mike, while they were both working in Law Enforcement. They have two young children, Ethan and Paisley. Mike’s daughter Molly is attending the University of Denver as a Marketing major.

Hillary is a native of Boise, who moved away after high school and quickly realized she had left her favorite place in the world, and spent the next ten years making her way back home, to the only place she wanted to raise her family. She and her husband Ryan have five kids, a testament to her being able to find joy and order amongst chaos.
She is a lover of all the beauty Idaho has to offer. You can find her backpacking in the mountains, skiing the slopes, soaking in the natural hot springs, paddle boarding the lakes and rivers, or her newest hobby- white water rafting. Idaho has it all!
With a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Hillary also has a deep appreciation for the culture Boise offers. She is even the front woman of a local soul/funk band that performs around town. If you need recommendations for great local eateries, exciting shows, or the best spot to grab a drink, she’s your gal!
After a 10+ year career in insurance sales, Hillary made the move to real estate which allows her to continue connecting with people, something she thrives on, but also helps her share her love of Boise and all it has to offer. Meredith was raised in Alaska, but has lived all over the country, as well as Japan and Germany. As a retired military spouse, she understands the hesitancy, reservation, and concern many homebuyers face, and wants to lessen that burden.
A desire for someplace to settle with the family as their children entered their teen years brought Meredith and her family to Idaho in 2013. It was instantly home and she knew they were here for good.
Full of personality and energy, Meredith felt stifled by her career in Human Resources and after 20 years made the switch to Real Estate in 2020, in hopes of making more meaningful connections.
